From time to time we are asked to rectify a customer's DIY repair, which we are more than happy to do. Here we have one such example. A lady in Worthing, West Sussex asked a friend to repair the lower front bumper on her Honda Jazz, and here is the result: A valiant effort, but clearly visible. Our technician completely removed the old repair, which revealed a split in the plastic which needed to be properly bonded before continuing. The Chip Magic paint finish turned out to be an exact match for the factory colour as can be seen here:

We were asked to repair some relatively small damage caused by contact with a wall on the rear bumper of a new Ford KA. The car was finished in one of the new pearlescent colours called Scuba. We were able to repair the damage and match the factory finish for a top quality repair. Here is the result.

This is a repair we did recently for a lady in Eastbourne, East Sussex, on her 02 plate Rover. Although it was an older car, the low mileage and fantastic condition of the car deserved a top quality repair. We were happy to oblige.

This is a bumper scuff repair we carried out for a gentleman in Pagham, near Bognor Regis in West Sussex, at his home location. A BMW dealer had quoted hundreds of pounds for a new rear bumper to be painted and fitted at their bodyshop. We were able to carry out the repair for less than the customer's insurance excess, thus saving time, money and inconvenience.

We were asked if we could repair this damage on a Jaguar XF for a gentleman in Lewes, East Sussex. The impact had pushed the bumper in to the point where it came into contact with the steel bar behind it, wedging the plastic behind the bar and also splitting the plastic. A local bodyshop had told the customer that the whole bumper needed replacing.........not true! Our technician was able to repair the dent and bond the split, repainting the damaged area for a truly invisible repair, thus saving the customer a considerable amount of money.

We were called by a gentleman in Saltdean, Brighton to repair some damage, a nasty little dent on the front bumper on his 57 plate Porsche Cayman. The relatively high value of the vehicle, and the fact that the owner was, quite rightly, very particular about the appearance of his car meant that the repair had to be of the highest quality. We are pleased to be able to say that the standard of the repair met both requirements, blending invisibly into the original factory finish.

This is a bumper scuff repair we did recently for a lady in Ferring near Worthing, West Sussex. We had just completed the repair when it started raining, but that was not a problem because once a repair is complete, it is totally impervious to water etc. so can be washed and polished as normal.

This is a bumper scuff repair which we did for a customer in Eastbourne. The damage had extended into the front wing, but that was no problem. We were able to match the original paint and blend invisibly into the rest of the wing. The customer elected not to have the alloy wheel repair done!
